Every time I have dealt with Kara, she does not know what she is talking about. She makes up things and just speaks when it is not factual information because she refuses to check the system to see what is actually going with a prescription and would rather just respond with misinformation. Tried to tell me I didn't know how to read the text message sent by the pharmacy because they were "confusing." I know how to read a text that states a prescription is ready. The only confusing thing is when she speaks without having the correct information. She is rude, disrespectful, and certainly doesn't take any pride in her job.

I've received excellent service here. The pharmacists and staff are quite lovely. My meds are always filled in a timely manner, and the techs are all very nice.
It should be noted that the only people complaining are rather rude in text, and I can imagine are just as pleasant to deal with in person. Surely that has something to do with their poor experience.

I see all the bad reviews.. but honestly I've never had a bad experience here.. I've even been able to pick up meds for my dog Nanook. Even the "smoker lady" they talk about has always been nice and pleasant to me and I find she's very knowledgeable and I want to give her credit for dealing w hard customers on a daily basis. We are moving soon but I wanted to leave my review and hopefully bring some smiles today to all of you. Thankyou for always taking care of me and my huskies :)
