If you ever have issue booking classes on the app they will blame it on you and you will be paying regardless. They will behave more like a collections agency, be totally deaf to your situation and say they are willing to work with you if continue to pay. Up until I ran into this problem I was happy to be a regular and continue to book classes. I was actively inviting friends and family to try a class up until this happened, but I have learned my lesson. I will be telling every person I know to stay away from this company.

- GFgaynell fuchsFeb 11, 20262.0Instructors were great. I had a mini surgery out of the blue that completely changed my life and therefore was not able to follow their policy of "30 days notice"... I skipped almost a month of classes prior month and was not offered any sort of partial refund on top of paying another month of classes that I cannot attend due to my surgery. So that's almost a $300 loss. I'm so upset and flabbergasted at how this business treats others in unforeseen circumstances. I'm taking the L on this and will not step back into the Sherwood studio. Very unfortunate from a human to human experience. I do not recommend due to the lack of empathy. Friendly and polite staff though.
