The staff was very nice and welcoming from check-in to check-out, and the person who worked on my teeth was skilled, gentle, and did a great job explaining everything. Lovely experience overall — highly recommend.

I even got my appointment moved up early. I'm going on the long adventure and now I have to wait. Very disappointed. I would not have give 1 star.

- SSSam SproullMar 10, 20265.0As someone who has a history of extreme dental phobia, I would recommend Gentle Dental due to their patient and kind staff. My first experience there was met with a warm and supportive greeting from the front desk. Tanna really shows compassion and empathy for folks in my shoes. I felt safe. Then they took me back and a lovely assistant named Natasha had taken my X-rays. Normally this process hurts and causes more anxiety, however Natasha’s cool, calm and collected demeanor gave me reassurance she knew what she was doing! Since this experience I’ve gotten to meet some of the newer staff, such as Sonia and Mandy. It goes to show they hire like minded folks, because the company as a whole provides relief to patients like myself who struggle to even schedule an appointment. There can sometimes be a wait time for appointments, but I personally believe that’s another example to why this place is my #1 dental spot. It’s like a good restaurant, if it’s always busy it often shows good quality and sought after services. If you’re ever in a dental pinch, trust that the staff of Gentle Dental will do all they can to help you find relief!
