- SCSteph C2 days ago1.0The staff are nice and doing the best they can while being severely understaffed. We will be moving our prescriptions to a different (non-Fred Meyer) pharmacy because it's just too difficult to get scripts filled and available for pickup in a timely manner. Shame on corporate for the strain on staff and lack of consideration for customers.

She has an immediate attitude, like she hates her job, and God forbid you ask her a question or clarify something as the attitude gets worse!!! Prescriptions take too long to fill, and they confuse you by giving you incorrect info before they process things fully. Lines are usually long, drive thru is hardly ever open. Short staffed. We will be switching to Walgreens since they're more competent and much kinder.

I gave them a call and was able to get everything done within that one phone call. There have been two times now since I've been using them that I personally have been late on calling in my prescriptions (knowing this is a growing area and likely busy) so when I checked the status and found the expected time to be later than what I needed, I simply called them and let them know the situation and they very kindly obliged and had it ready that same day.
