    Trying to find a more professional, more friendly pharmacy. Several times my meds were not ready even when notified they were.

    Staff is nice and do their best but someone in corporate is screwing this place over. They are understaffed 90% of the time, prescriptions are almost never ready by the estimated time, and their drive through is closed probably 90% of the time. All of the issues here seem to stem from them having an inadequate number of employees.

    No point in having a drive thru pharmacy window if it’s never open. There are many reasons that window should always be open.. handicap people have meds sent to locations with windows due to their physical health. This store will open it randomly which is even more confusing.

    RUDE!! Trying to get prescriptions transferred to Fred Meyer Pharmacy in Sandy Oregon from Menifee California. I went in in person on July 1, gave them all the information on the prescriptions. Called back on July 5 to check and see the status. The male was terrible! Said we have thousands of customers, we sent them a fax and we haven't heard back and that is all we do. Told him no problem, I'll go elsewhere. I now fully understand their 2.7 star rating!

    The staff is great. My complaint is about the horrible management. You need to get it together. Like fredmeyers dosen't make enough money to pay more to actually keep a staff. Line constantly 25-30 people deep and now you've shortened your hours? I actually have to leave work early just to pick up a prescription. What a joke. Wish I never would have moved to freddy's pharmacy.
