  Trying to find a more professional, more friendly pharmacy. Several times my meds were not ready even when notified they were.

  Staff is nice and do their best but someone in corporate is screwing this place over. They are understaffed 90% of the time, prescriptions are almost never ready by the estimated time, and their drive through is closed probably 90% of the time. All of the issues here seem to stem from them having an inadequate number of employees.

  No point in having a drive thru pharmacy window if it’s never open. There are many reasons that window should always be open.. handicap people have meds sent to locations with windows due to their physical health. This store will open it randomly which is even more confusing.

  They always have issues with filling my prescriptions. Even with my Doctors very specific notes. They always have to call them and tell them to fill it right away. But so they? No. I had to call the next day and ask if it was ready. They said no. Then proceeded to be rude. Honestly the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. None of them should work there with those horrible rude attitudes.

  I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for many years, and I only post names with positive connotations. Lani and Rose are awesome. The rest of the staff has always been so professional and helpful. I get a 2 mo supply of a non-controlled prescription for 4 years. One that creates side effects within a day of not taking. I understand the rules and regulations the pharmaceutical industry must take to ensure people are not abusing their medication, and usually, I have been given an emergency supply of 1-3 pills in order to get in touch with my doctor and not have to go without. To the pharmacist that I spoke to: You may think this was handled correctly. Going through a move, my medication was lost in the shuffle. I wouldn’t have thought twice if the interaction had not been so condescending and accusotory. Perhaps you thought I was a junkie, or was trying to pull one over, but as an educated woman, I know when a feeling from treatment in the medical field is not right. I have never posted a negative review before, so the fact that this warranted such should say something. Though the rest of the staff have been nothing but fabulous, I will be going elsewhere. As a provider, I hope he finds that even in the pharmacy, there is a level of patient care to be upheld and I will not be treated like I’m doing something nafarious to avoid ruffling a fragile male ego.
