- KBKyle BeckedahlFeb 25, 20261.0This pharmacy has regularly loses my prescriptions, refuses to be communicative with my doctors, condescends or ignores me, has me play the mediator between all parties concerned, and is all around a negative experience. They are my only option right now because of distance but one of their pharmacy techs had me near to tears as he mocked me and had no clue about any of my medications and did not try at all to help me while smirking. I would give a lower rating if it were physically possible. DO THE JOBS YOU ARE PAID FOR AND STOP MAKING THE CUSTOMER JUMP THROUGH FLAMING HOOPS FOR COMMON COURTESY.

I called them 5 times & was told each time they had but received the prescriptions. I called the original pharmacy 4 times & was told they had sent them 3 times. I ended up running out of meds. It took 30 days before they said they got them. I was then charged $33.51 over my copay.
