Pharmacy is horrible, it’s like what do these people get paid to do? Mess with our lively hood or what? And the deli is crazy bad, when there’s big lines nobody wants to help the short chunky boss just pretends like nothing is happening! They told a lady to come help but it took her over ten minutes to get to the line. They make it hard to come to Safeway for a quick lunch. They come of rather lazy than anything. The Asian guy is always nice and cooks some dang good food! Now you just need the lazy lunch lady’s to do more and help get stuff pushed out to please your customers. Unfortunately these days it annoys people to work and do what they need to do to get the job done. Step it up Safeway!!!

Pharmacy Staff would not wait on me because I didn’t have an appointment for a Covid and Flu shot. She said it takes longer without an appointment. I know, they didn’t look busy and I was the last person in line. I have Kaiser, but thought since I’m here I would get it done. Guess it’s appointments only. She’s lucky I didn’t get her name. Even the Pharmacist guy wouldn’t help! Never will I use that Pharmacy.

Lana at safeway pharmacy causes problems every time i get texts stating my prescriptions are ready and she says no every time but then i ask multiple times she looks harder and finds it but doesn’t put in the effort the first time. it’s only ever her who i have issues with if i was able to fire an employee it would be her. i’m tired of not being able to have my medication because she doesn’t want to look!!!! IF YOU EVER HAVE LANA JUST LEAVE IT ISNT WORTH THE TROUBLE
