  My wife has major anxiety with blood draws. On Feb 14th 2026 at the Safeway South location, Marcy was amazing. She is an asset to this company and talked my wife through the process, was GREAT at her job! She is an asset! Thank you!

  I was able to book a same day appointment due to cancellation, which was nice. But aside from that, I’m currently being tested for a rare autoimmune disease and my blood was taken over a week and a half ago - and I still haven’t been able to get ahold of quest for results, and neither has my provider. I asked the nurse to fax my information, which she didn’t end up doing. I understand medical staff being overwhelmed - I can’t imagine. But at the same time, I feel as if I’m slipping through the cracks and my health isn’t important to this facility. My health provider isn’t able to get ahold of them either. Yet I’m about to lose health insurance, time is of the essence, and getting ahold of anyone for help is impossible. Like I said, I haven’t even been able to receive my results. So here I am - in limbo, in pain, and overwhelmed and frustrated. I just want to know what’s going on with my health.

  The whole process was so smooth as I am usually a hard person to draw the blood from ,but this technician found the vein immediately and it was completely pain free.

  Great service. Super easy checking in. Lab is next to the pharmacy inside Safeway. I wish people with appointments kept them, or cancel if no longer needed. Based on how Quest tracks people in their system the nurse has to wait on no shows, which just pushes everything. Or maybe quest should start to charge a late fee, or no show fee. 😉
