  I frequently use the downtown location for convenience and Elizabeth is always there to welcome you with a friendly smile, which is much appreciated.

  This location is smaller than the other Physiq gyms but has a good variety of equipment, except that there is not a lot here for power lifters. It is clean and usually not crowded. People who go to the gym to be seen or show off don't bother coming here. There are very few group activities, but if you want a nice place to exercise on your own, it's hard to beat.

  Grant H is the best! I love being Downtown where I can work with Grant without all the noise and busy-busy atmosphere of the South PhysiQ. He is a fabulous trainer and a marvelous person.
