- CFChynin F.Mar 16, 20265.0I personally worked as an Office Admin Assistant/Rapid Response for this Home Instead location and am now Client Care Coordinator at a different location. I will say that this team is top tier. Everyone in this office cares about the wellbeing of the people they serve. The team collaborates very well to ensure this and things run very smoothly. The scheduling methods that they have are WELL practiced and make for very happy caregivers and clients alike. With an ever changing field such as this one it is not easy to maintain the hours that caregivers request, or the schedule that the clients prefer, yet this location has very little difficulty doing both of those things and manage to be very successful working with the caregiver's availability. It takes a well put together office to ensure quality care for clients, while maintaining a great work, life balance for caregivers and this office has what it takes.
