Your receptionist seemed pressed for handling everyone. With the phone calls and patients, it seemed like she needed another person there to assist. She was friendly and polite, even though she had a line of people waiting to be helped, plus had two to three people on hold on the phone. Made checking in slow.

But I do wish her all the luck in the world wherever she ends up at. I was also able to schedule my future cleaning with the new hygienist which was wonderful.
- RSRick SchmidtMar 17, 20261.0They never answer the phone calls The receptionist act like we need to serve them it's absolutely criminal how I'm treated and how other people are treated there I was scheduled to have some work done and then the doctor went somewhere else to a different area or something and then forgot about me and didn't tell me anything or anything just canceled everything so no gentle dental is very nice or professional they got some stuff to learn especially when it comes to their people in front taking information and setting up appointments those people are really mean and snobby like you are working in a dentist office why do you have to be so rude just because you're in customer service oh well it's your job deal with it...
