  The clinic manager, supervisor and the oral surgeon went out of their way to get me in as soon as they could because I am immunocompromised and was worried about getting an infection in a tooth after it broke off at the gumline. The oral surgeon had an amazing bedside manner and the reception desk was very friendly and competent. Overall, I had an amazing experience!

  This was my daughter's first visit in the dentist. The staff were super gentle amd caring with her.

  The Front desk employee lied. Because I had switched insurance companies, she told me that I was supposed to go in a few days before my appointment which she never mentioned to me on the phone when I called the month and a half in advance, letting her know I had switched insurance companies. She was also trying to convince me to go to another dental clinic which I had to tell her two times. I didn’t want to go anywhere else. Luckily, her manager approved my appointment she was trying to start an argument , but I kept smiling and being super nice to her. The most Saddest part was she was actually training a new staff. I would not recommend this place. If your appointment is at 2pm You’re at least gonna wait 30 to 45 min In order to get seen even if you show up 15 minutes early. I’ll be going to my last appointment today only because I have been waiting a whole year to get my teeth cleaned. Then I’ll be looking for another dental clinic.

  Appointment went well, but your front desk sucks. I waited 25 minutes in the lobby to schedule my next appointment, and nothing. You had 4 ladies and not a single one helped me. As i was leaving there was only 2 left, and tell me why the female with the charts on her desk was doing checking/doing her make up, crazy

  Buen servicio por parte de los doctores, ineficiente el servicio de personal que registra la citas te cancela la cita y no avisan provocando que pierdas días de clases por no avisar que te cancelaron la cita
