- TBT B3 days ago1.0Absolutely without a doubt the rudest employees. I switched from Walgreens thinking it couldn’t get any worse than that, but I was so wrong. I rarely get prescriptions on time and when I call I’m treated like I’m a huge pain for asking them the status of repeatedly delayed scripts. Especially if they have to put me on a hold. They take zero responsibility and I have literally seen them roll their eyes at a different customer. I understand pharmacy is a busy job and low paying for the techs. But it’s not my fault you stay in a job you’re miserable with. People already are worried enough dealing with health issues that require meds in the first place. Trust me, we don’t want to be at the pharmacy either. Please please go anywhere but here in the Salem Keizer area. Anywhere else will treat you with more respect.
- MBMichael BensonMar 13, 20261.0Most of the pharmacy is nice and helpful but there is one pharmacist who is rude, immediately puts you on hold every time she answers the phone, lies about if they have prescriptions in stock and is just plain rude to you if you have to get a prescription through her. At this point she is making us have to switch pharmacies over her lies and how rude she is. Steer clear until she is gone.
- SRSeth ReeceFeb 28, 20261.0This pharmacy does not seem have any idea what it is doing. My prescriptions are filled late, filled wrong, or not even filled at all. I used to get text messages when my prescriptions were ready, but apparently they decided to stop sending them. I cannot sign into their app to check. It wants me to put in a code from my email, but by the time they send it has timed out. The staff have never been friendly here. They never even say hello. Just mindless drones wandering around.
- EDE DJan 10, 20264.0Great pharmacy. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have several discount programs for people without prescription insurance. Sometimes discount programs are cheaper than insurance. Staff will help find you the cheapest option. Much better than most pharmacies I've used.
