  got hung up on multiple times saying call back tomorrow we have no staff. tech was rude. been waiting multiple days for prescription no one was willing to help me

  They close at 8pm and at 5pm they refuse to take calls and wont even put you on hold. Instead they answer dont try to help you, tell you to call back in morning and hand up. Even if your in need of help for your meds

  Everytime I call, I get placed on hold directly, the lady who answers literally just said hold and then places you on hold. Horrible service.

  Just got off the phone with someone who did everything they could to deliberately not help. Seems to be a major attitude deficiency here.

  This used to be a great place. Over the past year or so it has turned into the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They rarely have the medication I need. Poor communication. The automated system is a joke and never reliable. It texts when your Rx is ready and when you go to pick it up they don’t even have the meds in stock. It’s definitely not ready! Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
