It’s such a clean facility too. The classes can push me (and even leave me sore, ha) but I love that I can modify and take it at my own pace if needed. The breath work at the end is soooo helpful too. I love the empowered feeling of this studio! I highly recommend trying it out!

It’s a tough workout and very low impact, which makes it great for all ages, sizes, and body structures. I have recommended barre to many people, and will continue to do so! The instructors are motivating, upbeat and engaging. So grateful for this studio and this barre3 family.
