rude staff. had maybe one experience where the staff was nice to me, they never fill the right prescriptions and are always very slow, the worker jazmine i think is her name specifically is very rude. cut me off when i was trying to ask her a question abt a med then STILL didn’t get the med i asked about and didn’t even tell me if it was being filled or not. also the line is always very very long, the other cashier i don’t know her name but she has the short red hair is also very rude. they are both so bothered if you have any questions or anything that requires them to think or do anything extra, like adding a discount card gosh they hate that!!! i’ve never seen more confusion and attitude.

If you have needs, go to Genoa, Safeway will never answer your calls and will instead make you go to fight in person. Trash pharmacy, trash pharmacists, it should be cleaned out and filled with new employees that actually do their jobs.

Jasmine is new and was as helpful as she could be. Sabrina, who has worked there for a while, was rude and seemed very annoyed with having to be asked questions a continued on the great experience by rolling her eyes. My guess is there needs to be a reminder of customer service skills and to lead new employees by example.

Do not use this pharmacy unless you’re forced to by insurance like my family is. Apparently they do not process prescriptions when the Dr. sends them, they start when you are standing in front of their face. I waited 2 days for a new med thinking that would be plenty of time, but not if they don’t “start working on it” until you, the patient, request it. I’ve never heard of this and it’s ridiculous. Poor practice, no explanation, just “give it about an hour”. Well I gave it 2 days but I guess when you ignore Dr. orders that doesn’t matter.
