  Have had knee and hip replacements. Great surgeons, assistants and office people. Also had carpal tunnel done on both hands there.

  OK, so Covid-19 era. Called to make an appointment with Pandit. Lastly they said must wear a mask. Told her I can not for a specific reason. Was told they'll figure it out. Got to appt and was refused and was told no one in the office would say such a thing. Hate being called a liar. Got my PCP to give me something (drug) to allow me to wear a mask long enough for a new appt. Attended new appointment and results helped some. So called to get another appointment to hopefully get additional shot. Just.got a call regarding appointment and was told I was no longer welcome with Pandit. Nice!

  Have had pain in my shoulders for twelve years. I received excellent care today. Would recommend this facility after today's care compared to twelve years of pain and very few caredisconnected

  My family and I live in Washington State and were visiting family in Oregon last summer. My son went through a sliding glass door while there severing all his tendons in the right knee. Dr. VanAnroy was very straight to the point, thorough and very good. However, his Umpqua Orthopedic staff is probably the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. We had 3 medical insurance at the time of accident, 1 of which is Washington Medicare. They are unwilling to contract with our out of state insurance. The one lady who I keep getting transferred to has even used terms such as, " not my problem" , "I don't have time to deal with you" and my favorite "you can take it up with collections". Yes this lady is real frickin delight! I have recently found out that it's illegal to bill someone with Medicare. Yet they are. My next step is to contact the Oregon Medical Board. This medical facility is all about getting money regardless of how.

  He might be a great surgeon but he’s got a long way to go to show his concern for patient recovery! It’s probably because I’m on Medicare but I’ve not seen him since the surgery 9 weeks ago and his PA didn’t even check my range of motion or send me to any outside physical therapy! As a 70 year old I’m in very good condition but this really stinks! Over the last 40 years I’ve torn my rotator cuff 4 times prior to this and rehabbed them without surgery.
