My approach to bodywork utilizes a variety of specialized techniques and tools to treat pain via fascial release. However, I also offer deep tissue and sports therapy oriented sessions in addition to stress relieving Swedish massage.
Sometimes these services are combined! Together we'll create a session plan that works for your individual needs and desired outcomes. Whether focused or generalized, It's my goal to work with you session by session to a pain free and more balanced body, as well as giving you the knowledge to keep it that way yourself!
