They canceled it the day before due to staff shortages and rescheduled me for 3 months later. Three months later they canceled me again for staffing shortages and are making me wait an additional 4 months. Absolutely ridiculous! I'm sure they're just going to keep canceling on me again and again. Maybe I'll eventually get seen by the time I'm so old that all my teeth have fallen out.

As well as another procedure for June 2026! I finally go into get a cleaning, so I thought, March 5, 2026 & the staff was rushed and busy, They told me I need to sign a consent form- not even letting me read what I was signing! Then, proceeded to tell me I had to get a filling. When sitting in the chair Drew Webster, DDS- Dentist had come in looking and acting very unprofessional. Sweating and in an extreme hurry! Seemed agitated and was extremely rude! I felt very uncomfortable and before explaining the procedure to me he hurried on the right side of me and went to put the huge needle in my mouth! Because the situation felt off, I flinched when seeing him rush toward me with the needle. When I did, he got angry with me asking me if I felt safe in a very demeaning and demanding tone! I had drove an hour to the dentist, I wanted the procedure done since it took so long to get in and half my mouth hadn’t even been worked on yet- however he kept screaming at me with his rude accusations- I felt uncomfortable. I asked if I should see another dentist. When I did, he threw his tools down, told me to leave and stormed out of the room!! I talked to the office manager whom did nothing. I am appalled with this place. What a disgusting unsafe facility!!!!!! Gross and unprofessional!
