- DPDixie Palmer1 day ago5.0While Getting older is not for sissy's is true! Losing ones hearing is a major issue!! I spent several years trying less expensive hearing aids only to find no one to help me go through the process of getting accustomed to the changes that came with using them, nor answers to the many questions and concerns that came up while trying to adjust. FINALLY, I arrived at Miracle ear and through the many years now of updates and adjustment issues, ALWAYS I have had my questions and concerns dealt with. The regular appointments (at no extra cost) to clean and deal with any questions and concerns have been a tremendous help. Always treated with respect and issues handled quickly. The miracle ear staff is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My issues are always answered and information about the technology is given in layman terms that are understandable. Anyone on the fence post about Miracle Ear, don't hesitate to give them a try. Time and money well spent!! Getting older truly more fun now!!
