- AAAlyssaNov 16, 20252.0Add about two hours to whatever time they give you for your prescription pick-up. The pharmacists are generally kind and patient. The techs, however, are on par with employees at the DMV. I would recommend choosing another pharmacy.

- KPKace PAug 21, 20251.0I’ve been going here for years now bc I know how hard it is to switch pharmacies and I’ve just misery through it bc I don’t usually need meds BUT now I’m a high risk pregnancy that requires blood thinning medication every month. I’ve stated this several times to the pharmacy to ensure they have it in stock. I order it early every single month to give it enough time to order if needed and refill. EVERY SINGLE MONTH I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THIS. I even call the pharmacy every single time to order it call to make sure it’s filled like this is ridiculous. Now again for the SECOND MONTH IN A ROW I’m down to two days of medication and it says my prescription is on hold. It’s Wednesday I ordered it Sunday evening called Tuesday because it still wasn’t filled yet. I was told that they have it on order arriving Wednesday and would have it ready Wednesday afternoon . It’s Wednesday evening and now my prescription is ON HOLD not even in process and definitely NOT READY! I literally take this prescription EVERY SINGLE MONTH! I’m 6 months into pregnancy at this point! I would think that after 6 months you have this in stock or on order as it is a standing required prescription. My baby literally depends on this. I had a stroke with my first pregnancy and 4 miscarriages because of blood clotting. No one at this pharmacy even seems to care about the thought of that. Given that every time I pick it up I’m asked if I’ve taken it before - obviously they don’t even know their patient base when I literally pick this up every single month. Pretty upset and can see why they have 2 stars. Like I know I don’t matter, it’s retail pharmacy … no one gives a poop about patients in retail pharmacy but this is literally life or death for my baby given my history and the reason i am high risk! How can people in the medical field so blatantly NOT care?! Scary.
