- KLKatie LongFeb 20, 20231.0I saw John Pham a couple years ago for a root canal and crown… horrible experience, I never went back. Found a new dentist in Clatskanie and I am more than happy with them. It was discovered that the crown I had done in Rainier was only partially completed, and in order to MAKE the crown fit Dr Pham cut into the adjacent tooth!! All the way into the the heart of the adjacent tooth!!! Horrible. When he removed the temporary crown he didn’t even loosen it, just ripped it off. It was painful, expensive and I feel betrayed after learning what he did to make the poorly made crown fit. I wouldn’t go here if I was you. -Katie

The whole staff (team) there is always super friendly and always understanding to how some ppl feel about going to the dentist! - CWCorinne WoodJan 7, 20171.0WORST DENTIST EVER!!! Not only did this man try to charge me outta pocket 150 for a filing(I got this filling 3 months ago) that is already falling apart!! I asked for an extraction but he insisted on saving a tooth that now hurts twice as worse is rotting even more!! And I can't clean it because it's under a movable filling. I should've never wasted my time here
