Dude working the counter wearing meta glasses was not helpful yesterday complete tool. Very smug, and not eager to serve. Should work in the back not in customer service.

I have bought 6 eye glasses from WP over the years. There are good for the price! They have earned 5 stars. However, I recently tried progressives and I returned them. When I was driving, road signs were blurry and the 3 sections were off (top, mid, bottom lens).
I took them to WP and they admitted that they took the seg height measurement incorrectly for me and something else. At the time, the optician had to measure it twice because she forgot to write it down. And, no PD measurement. Even though they had a record of it from years ago, it's vital you have the exact PD for progressives. That extra check would have been nice.
I exchanged them and had different glasses made—those came back with loose lenses. They made noise and crackled every time I took them on or off or on my face even. That was even after 8 days of wearing them every day. They felt and sounded like toy glasses. The edging was way off so I took them in. They could not fix it by heating them up. I was super disappointed, but they replaced them. That was the right thing to do.
Now I'm on eyeglass #3 and I think they'll be fine. This was such an odd experience because the first 6 times they got everything perfect. This last pair, from careless measuring to bad lab edging, I'm hoping it was just dumb luck a couple times in a row. Anyhow, it's not a bad place if you have an experienced optician that does the entire setup: no outsourcing to a rookie optician nearby to take a measurement. That's better quality control and accountability I think.
As for the edging, it's standard to have a solid pair of glasses, not a premium feature. Customers should always demand that. Mostly, WP gets that right and I hope they do in the future. Still a 5 star.

The customer service at this location was absolutely amazing. They checked the color of my hair, eyes, skin and eyebrows as well as the shape of my face to help me determine the best frame options for me. They even did the math, using a mix of my insurance coverage and direct pay to keep my out of pocket costs to a minimum.

Always enjoy stopping in the store. The frames are varied and fashionable. The sunglasses I bought are beautiful and the price is not over the top
Well , some are out of my league. The staff are super friendly , not pushy at all. I've been buying at Warby Parker for several years now. Needed to have my frames repaired (stepped on them) and it was done in record time . So this time I bought titanium frames . Can't remember the name of the guy that fixed my glasses, but he was so efficient and quick and friendly. I really enjoy talking with the staff. I know on line shopping is the norm now but I like the human interaction more. I guess my age is showing 🤷
