I received my new glasses I tried calling the store. They're biting into my left ear they need adjusting. Some useless call center that took my call had no clue of what she was doing. She did not listen at all. Update: I went back to the store for my adjustment. Ollie and the staff are so friendly. Ollie adjusted my glasses and they seem to be fine. The sales rep at the store was very kind and good. The call center sucks! Please listen to that call. She was clueless.
