Doesn’t feel safe at all. Anti-theft gates inside. More security than there are checkers. And you had best watch your wallet, because there are always 10-15 people openly selling and using drugs outside. A perfect representation of our city.

A pharmacist named Anya told me to google my prescription rather than explaining it to me herself. Aren’t you supposed to know this as a pharmacist?Low brow, rude and unprofessional.

The older lady at the front desk(think she recently got hired) was rude and condescending when I went to pick up my prescription. I handed her the prescription to be filled, and she asked, “Are you waiting?” The question was unclear since I had just walked up to the desk, and I wasn’t sure if she meant whether I had already been waiting or if she was telling me to wait while it was being filled. When I said I could wait for it to be filled, she responded, “That’s what I said,” in a passive-aggressive tone. She then spent several minutes searching the system, appeared frustrated, and told me she didn’t see my name. I explained it might be under a different name, after which she said she didn’t see any insurance listed. All of this was communicated in a passive-aggressive manner for no apparent reason. I explained that the prescription was under a different insurance that would not cover it anyway, so I was willing to pay out of pocket. She then said, “Okay, see you in 10 minutes.” Please speak to her about proper bedside manners. As this experience made me hesitant to return, even though I have been picking up my prescriptions here for some time.I felt really disrespected and really upset after the experience. On the other hand, the pharmacist was incredibly kind. When I returned after 10 minutes, the line was long, but she helped me at another register. She asked about my insurance, and I explained the situation again as I did with the rude lady. She was understanding, kind, and professional throughout. I believe her name is Dorothy, and she deserves recognition.
