Extremely poor customer service - consistently displays of frustration and impatience by counter help. Calling in a refill without the RX bottle isn't possible; using the "speak to pharmacy" option results in phone ringing and no voice mail - there is no voicemail available. Soooo.... if you need a refill and don't have the bottle with you, you'll need to drive there to place that order. I am changing pharmacies after a few years of sub-standard service - regardless of how busy they are, it's a reasonable expectation that customers are treated with courtesy and recognition that they are spending their money there. Calling to transfer my prescriptions this morning, and well.... see above.

The phone customer service is 99.9% lacking. Doesn't seem to matter what day or what time of the day you call. you can't get anybody to answer the phone. I think in all the times i've tried to get in touch with them. They answered the phone once. There are probably a lot of people that don't have easy access to get to the pharmacy, and it would be nice to be able to talk to somebody to check on your prescription or verify when your prescription can be refilled. This is not a good business practice, and if you know there's a problem. Then, you should be fixing the problem.

Professional and courteous crew. The line is rarely that bad not sure what everyone’s complaining about.

This was my first time at this pharmacy, and it was the best one I’ve been to in all my 11 years living here. I was picking up meds for a sick kid, and was able to get my daughter’s anitibiotics within an hour after her visit to urgent care (already late evening). I’ve previously had to wait days for meds from Fred Meyer for a sick kid, which also required me to go in after a day to see if meds were ready. Jennifer F helped me out and she was amazing, very helpful, super nice, and sweet. Even told me she hopes my daughter gets to feeling better soon. Which made me happy and very grateful they were able to fill my prescription quickly. Another plus, I didn’t even have to wait in line, as I was the only customer there. I look forward to using this pharmacy again. Side note from another healthcare worker: after reading these comments and frustrations, PLEASE be kind to the people who are here to only help you and your families. Healthcare is tricky sometimes and somethings are out of their hands.

I have never once been able to get them to answer the phone. I have called repeatedly back to back and sporadically throughout the day, doesn’t matter. Last time I was there to ask for my next refill the person behind the counter mentioned that I could order refills by phone or through the website…. Cool! Well when I try to do so I am told to call and speak to a pharmacist or I get automatically transferred and then the phone just rings. In addition, I’m not sure the person ever put my refill in to be filled- it’s been a week and I haven’t been notified that my meds are ready. Took the last of them today… fingers crossed the refill is waiting for me when I get back into town tomorrow. I’ve called to check but NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE. That’s not the only time I’ve received incomplete or incorrect information from the folks behind the counter. I’m not sure if they’re poorly trained or poorly resourced, but it doesn’t really matter. So, once a month I make at least two trips to this pharmacy to get my prescription filled, and that’s best case scenario. These people provide a vital medical service and just don’t seem to care about the folks that rely on them.
