  They made a mistake on my prescription. When I had the audacity to tell them they did not care one bit. Not the first time I've had an issue with them. I have already had my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy.

  This pharmacy has become so unbearable. There are literally 6 people working behind the counter and only one is checking people out with a super long line of customers. This is All the Time. The wait times are ridiculous, they never answer the phone, when they do eventually answer you very hung up on. It makes no sense for this pharmacy to function the way they do when they have so many patients coming here for their prescriptions. Need to find a better pharmacy to transfer to.

  I will never use this pharmacy again! My son needed a higher dose of medication. The pharmacy did not explain to him or I that the physician wrote the prescription incorrect they just said they were waiting for authorization, so my son doubled up on his medication like the doctors prescribed thinking he could get the higher dose prescription once it was authorized. When it was not filled I intervened for him. Called this store repeatedly, no answer. stopped by the pharmacy and the pharmacist refused to help, said "she will not fill his medication" because the doctor wrote it incorrectly. The tech said to take him to the ER just to get his medication. It is Not a class C medication. I could have paid for a few pills until the doctor wrote it correctly, but they sent me home without anything sending my son into withdrawals from his medication. He is a college student and I have to work, we don't have time to go to the ER. I am appalled at this treatment. I can't believe people who behave like this are in charge of people's medication. I've never written an online review in my life, but I am so disgusted by this treatment, I want other people to know. DO NOT GET YOUR MEDICATION HERE!

  Love our local neighborhood Safeway. Workers are caring, cautious and not pretentious and it has very good selection of foods and sale items. So sad this location attracts crime in the parking lot, but the majority of people who come here: the store managers and all the people it takes to make this place work are decent, caring people looking out for the welfare of others. The store manager gives lunches when we organize neighborhood clean ups out of this parking lot and other neighborhood gatherings. Today the bakery had fresh baked out the oven French bread that was still warm in the bag and filled my car with good smells! Fantastic bakery, good selection of doughnuts, bagels and cakes, fresh fruits and veggies and a great selection of cheeses, meats and both hot n cold deli that is busy at dinner time. They also have grab n go reheat dinners that are fresh, healthy and taste so yummy!!
