- KJKaren JamesFeb 25, 20261.0Had a great new patient appointment, but then absolutely no follow up despite being promised I’d hear back from the clinic they referred me to for cataract treatment. Dr. McBride told me it would take a couple of days to get the paperwork to the follow up clinic that would perform the procedure. After 12 to days I called Dr. McBride’s office and was told they needed to check on the delay and would call me back the following day. No call. Two days later I called again to see what was happening and was told they had just sent over the paperwork that day, two weeks later. No explanation. No follow up. I won’t be back.
