This is for both the Sandy location & Washington. After scheduling my son & doing an intake at Sandy, they tell me they have to send him to the Washington location for kids. Which made no sense considering they knew his age upon appt. They tried making me pay $85 on the spot & I told them to send it to insurance. That was a fight with the manager Holly but guess what? Insurance paid for it. So I had to do another intake at Washington location, schedule his surgery 7 months out for them to TEXT me the day before at 2 in the afternoon to tell me they no longer had a surgeon to perform the surgery & we’re cancelling. A TEXT. The audacity when if you’re more than 10 mins late you get your appt cancelled. Gentle dental in a whole is a scam & an absolute waste of peoples time. 10/10 don’t recommend.

I always leave here satisfied. Only thing is they dont do nitrous oxide. But my Actual dentist remembered me and i had no clue that he would. And the Dental Assistants are really sweet young ladies!

I have no complaints. My experience was seamless. The front office staff were great in explaining the billing. Dr. Bassili and his assistant answered all my questions. Dr. Bassili ensured my mouth was sufficiently anesthetized before the procedure, and he explained what he was doing as he progressed.

I initially visited for a routine checkup and was advised that I needed a couple of fillings. During checkout, the staff provided an estimate for the procedure. I asked multiple times to confirm whether that amount represented the final out-of-pocket cost, and I was assured that it did. I was also informed that an appointment was available the same day, so I proceeded with the fillings based on the information provided.
However, a few weeks later I received a bill for a significantly higher amount than the estimate I had been given. This was frustrating, especially because I had specifically asked the staff to confirm the accuracy of the estimate before agreeing to move forward.
Based on my experience, the estimates provided were not reliable.
