They told me I needed an advance cleaning, that my insurance didn't cover it and wanted to charge me 888 dollars to clean my teeth, ludacris! Also the dental hygienist was super rude! I refused service and told them I would find a different provider.

Tapped my gap with his tool and asked if I wanted to "fix that", didn't explain anything even though I said it was all new to me and I was a bit nervous. The assistant was the most informative and polite, I wish I remembered her name. The front desk staff went above and beyond. But the dentist was completely rude. I switched to another place that was a bit pricier just to have a more humanizing experience.

The young assistant who started my dental experience and did xrays was beautiful and so gentle. She was good in her requests for how I could position my mouth, etc. for a particular film. Dr. Holland was gentle and thorough. I liked that he listened to me in my questions and concerns for my teeth. I found the best dentist group! Well done, Gentle Dental!
