- MMMeganJan 5, 20262.0The guy who checked me in was very dismissive and impatient. He told me that neither of my insurances on file covered the cost of the vaccine and I knew that wasn’t right. He told me I had to pay and I ended up paying for the full cost of the vaccine, and then once I got back to the room the doctor doing my shot ( she was great and very helpful) tried my insurance once and it worked and covered the full cost so they had to refund me. It makes me wonder if the guy even tried both insurances. I understand it’s probably stressful working at a pharmacy but you shouldn’t be messing up with peoples insurance!
