I would reccomend establishing a different location for your standard pharmacy if you have young kids with constant ailments or pop-up medical needs for medications quickly. The pharmacists are trying. Some have really great customer service skills and empathy, but... There is just too much demand and business for the size and staffing levels of this pharmacy. They need to add more lanes and staff if they want to provide timely, reliable, accurate and quality customer service again. Don't come after 5pm if you have anything else you need to do that night. If you can go in at odd bankers hours during the week, you can often have a quick and stress free visit. As a new mom with a baby just entering daycare, we are constantly at the pediatrician and then pharmacy for whatever new daycare plague of the week develops. I've been told at times that they are waiting on conformation from the doctor, to find out that our doctor was not contacted by them. I've been told to come back in 2 hours and they will definitely have it ready only to come back at the appointed time to wait 30 minutes in line again to be told by another pharmacist that they won't have it ready until mid day the next day. Meanwhile my baby is miserable waiting for meds. Now it's so late that the pediatricians office is closed and I can't get the script sent anywhere else... so we have yet another sleepless night with a feverish sick baby because... well, I chose the wrong pharmacy I guess. We aren't special or more important than anyone else, we always patiently wait our turn, but this has happened enough times that we now just expect to add 2 days to the wait. I'm so sad to have to look elsewhere for a more responsive pharmacy. It has potential to be so convenient. But it's just not worth making my baby suffer extra anymore. I hope this helps another parent avoid this frustration and some sleepless nights.

They hold my medications(pain medication) for 3 days. And do the same other medications when refiled. Made phone called on hold for 15 menutes and they drop it for several time. Go to the pharmacy and they closed the drop off counter. Don't know what to do?

Fred Meyer makes a lot of money on pharmacy, there is no reason they should be understaffed at pick up , the line was all the way to the door and circled around past security checkpoint.,
