  I had my one year cataract surgery post-op with Dr Lubahn. He's calm and personable and I never feel rushed. As always, I felt seen and listened to, not just as his patient, but as a person. The staff are friendly and efficient as well. I feel like I'm in good hands with Dr Lubahn and the staff!

  Appointment procedures were not explained. After waiting 45 minutes to see doctor we were finally seen by an assistant who did additional tests and then stated my wife's eyes would need to be dilated and it would be another hour before she would see the doctor. We had already been at the doctor's office for 1 1/2 hours. Wife has severe dementia and was becoming upset. When I, her husband attempted to explain our issues the assistant kept talking over me and not listening to me. My wife was asked if she wanted to continue and she said, "I want to go home." We went home. When the appointment was made, we were advised this would be a consultation with the doctor. Nothing was mentioned about having three separate tests completed, eyes dilated and having to wait to see the doctor. A 2:00PM appointment that ended at 3:45PM with nothing accomplished. My wife became upset and during the drive home. I had to pull over and calm her down. The doctor's office staff has no idea how to treat patients that have severe dementia.

  I have been a client of EyeHealth Northwest for many years and always have been very satisfied with the treatment I received!! The Dr I had in the past retired recently so I transferred to Dr Shane Kim. Have only seen him a couple of times. However I am already very impressed with his professional abilities, his personable manner and his ability to explain important information well. I definitely felt I had his full attention when discussing my eye health I have been to the 5050 Glisan Clinic, the 67th and Glisan Street Clinic and the Stark Street Clinic. I have been treated well by staff at all the EyeHealth Northwest Clinics.

  This is my first time seeing an optometrist in 8 years and I was super nervous to go, all the staff were super friendly from the front desk to the assistant/ technician who had pink hair I believe her name was Marissa! She was super nice and explained everything she was doing and answered every question I had. I saw Dr. Daniel Lee and he was super kind and understanding, regardless of me getting emotional over an eye condition I have he reassured me and even educated me further on how I can live comfortably with it. I love this team!

  Dr. Lee was fantastic and my mother’s cataract surgery went flawlessly. Five stars for the clinical/surgical side. However, EyeHealth has the most aggressive billing department I’ve ever experienced and despite paying every bill received, they call me multiple times a week demanding more. It’s borderline harassment. We’ve given them nearly $1k out of pocket and they demand more! Show me the bill!
