It used to take me an 1-1.5 hours a coulle months ago, but it's more like 2-2.5 hours now more recently. Corporate needs to hire way more people. This is a unacceptable result & they need to hire more people for this to be as efficient as it used to. 5 stars for the staff, 0 stars for corporate.
