- KKKylerFeb 15, 20245.0I had some absolutely horrificly bad experiences with the rite aid and Walgreens closest to where I live. They were dismissive, didn't listen, and even hung up on me when calling... When I was even able to get through to them that is, they'd usually place me on hold for 2+ hours. It actually almost made me have a mental breakdown, it was that bad. This pharmacy has always been very responsive, they answer the phone, and they actually help. After my traumatic experience with the other places this pharmacy is a breath of fresh air and I truly appreciate their help.

- LELucy EdwardsJan 2, 20231.0Zero regard for patient health. Employees didn’t bother to order a refill until after I called, my doctor called, and I went to the store twice in person. They did seem to have ample time to chit chat about their kids while customers waited. I hope their kids have to go without medication they need to stay alive. Then they might have some interest in doing their jobs. Fifth time going to the pharmacy for my prescription. Had to wait ten minutes (even though there was only one person ahead of me). Then they still didn’t have my prescription!!!!
