    The staff here doesn’t seem to use their brains sometimes. Cleaning the entire dumbbell rack at the busiest time of day at 5:30 with weights all over the floor. Vacuuming underneath my bench as I’m laying down on it? Cmon now.

    On 11/9/25 I came on to tan and experienced issue with the computer system. I tried to ask for assistance but a new staff member Tyler was on his personal phone talking to his girlfriend asking her out to dinner.. After waiting for a long time for him to finish his personal call which he wasn’t supposed to do because he was on the clock, I asked Tyler for assistance with tanning service which he hastily denied. He told me that he can’t help me and I have to go to another location, he refused to call for assistance and give managers phone number. He was unbelievably rude, disrespectful and condescending. I have never seen such lack of interest to do customer service and the level of rudeness. I will request a call back from corporate to reimburse me for refused service and a horrible le customer service that I had to endure for being a loyal customer.

    My fiancé and I went into the foster road planet fitness at approximately 340. This afternoon, while we tried logging in to gottan, there was a system error with the ability to be able to log in. We waited patiently for approximately 5 to 7 minutes, while the employee who we come to find out is new. He said his name is Tyler was on the phone for a personal phone call, not a professional one, but a personal phone call. And then when he was done with his personal phone call, he was very condescending. And rude and refused to assist us when we respectfully asked if we could speak with another employee or management to try to get some assistance in regards to the situation. He found it very funny, tried telling us we could drive to Another Location. I respectfully asked if we could talk to another employee. He refused. Asked if he could please get a hold of a manager or assistant manager, as I would feel, someone would want to know if your computer systems are down or things aren't working.I am bringing this to your attention.Because as a paying customer who pays for a black card membership, this is completely an appropriate and unprofessional.The gentleman told me it's only his second or third day on the job, which I find even more frustrating that they would put someone who is this new in a position behind the desk with no experience?And no one else here with him, this was not a very pleasant experience or a friendly encounter, and we went out of our way to drive here to tan. I would think you would have actually had a more hands-on approach to where you would have reached out to us personally to address the concerns fears. And direct issues involved with this location and your employee Tyler. Referring me to management is really insensitive and unprofessional. In my opinion for the record, I attempted to reach out to your manager on two separate occasions, and I have yet to receive a phone call or a returned message attempt as a business owner. I would appreciate it if I could get your name and deal with you. Directly, unless you would rather, I prefer contacting the state of Oregon. Corporation division finding out the tax I d number in your business.Registry and just filing litigation locally.I'm completely dissatisfied with how we have been treated. Respectfully, PaulMichael M

    Good range of machines for cardio and to target muscle groups. Friendly staff. Someone greets and says goodbye with every visit. Would be nice to do away with assumptions of “ma’am” or “sir” as I have been misgendered multiple times.
