Yvette at LensCrafters, Cascade Station location in Portland is OUTSTANDING!! What you can expect to receive from Yvette is expertise matched with genuine personal care. You will feel like she’s a friend. She meets your needs and desires to the very best of her ability while spending all the time you may need. She will ensure she’s working with your budget & even sharing savings with various options you may not know about. Yvette verified insurance benefits & discovered the most cost effective options for us. Yvette has natural abilities to subtly watch and listen so that she can offer assistance with all the choices available. Her knowledge is evident when she explains why one style may be better suited over another and she proved that she was truly listening to her customer when she explained why. Yvette is fabulous with helping our seasoned folks in such a kind way. I took my 85 year of age mom into the Cascade location to get glasses, we both left with smiles and feeling great. I felt like I had the type of customer service we all pray to receive especially when purchasing items of such importance, thanks to Yvette!!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
