I see Dr. Evan. He has helped me so much with some chronic health issues and been really compassionate to the care that I need. I value his care so much that I drive an hour, one way, to see him. Highly recommend, there’s a wealth of knowledge and technique used to help give a person the best adjustment and care possible.

Dr. Peter and staff are the best! Very accommodating, welcoming, and friendly. I’ve had back issues for some years now due to my occupation (HVAC) and have seen many chiropractors for adjustments, but since my first adjustment from Dr Peter, I haven’t needed to search anywhere else! Thank you Laurelhurst Chiropractic for helping to get my back feeling like I’m young again! :)

Frequently Asked Questions About Laurelhurst Chiropractic

How do I know if I need chiropractic care?

You might benefit from chiropractic care if you're experiencing pain, discomfort, or limited mobility in areas like your back, neck, shoulders, or joints. Chiropractic care can help with issues like headaches, muscle tension, or pain caused by injuries, poor posture, or stress. It’s also a great option if you’re looking to improve overall wellness, prevent future problems, or maintain your body’s natural alignment. If you’re unsure, a consultation with one of our doctors at Laurelhurst Chiropractic can help determine if chiropractic care is right for you. We’ll listen to your concerns, assess your condition, and recommend the best treatment approach, chiropractic or otherwise, for your specific needs.

What can I expect for my first chiropractic appointment?

At Laurelhurst Chiropractic, we want to make your first visit as smooth and comfortable as possible! Before your appointment, you'll need to complete our intake paperwork online and send us your insurance information. This will help us prepare for your visit. We do our best to verify your insurance benefits prior to your appointment. During your first visit, the doctor will take the time to get to know you, starting with your medical history and the specific concerns you’d like to address. After listening carefully to your concerns, the doctor will perform an examination to assess your condition. Once that’s complete, you’ll receive treatment tailored to your symptoms and goals. Treatment might include physical therapy modalities like traction or manual therapy, as well as adjustments to the spine and extremities. Our doctors’ primary goal is for you to feel comfortable throughout the process. They’re always happy to explain what’s happening and answer any questions during treatment. We also use a variety of techniques to support your comfort, ensuring that you have a positive experience at every step.
