I rarely ever leave reviews, but this is probably the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the misfortune of trying to use in the last 10 years.
They want to hide behind the excuse of being short-staffed, but EVERY pharmacy is short-staffed and yet I have never had problems with such poor communication, discrimination, the techs not being properly trained on how to bill insurance, & they seem to want to cut corners & have the patients do the pharmacist & techs jobs for them.
If you have a medication that is due on a certain day, unless you call & be the squeaky wheel for your medication to be filled- they won’t fill it.
Even my doctor is fed up with them & have told me that they’re a nightmare to work with & that the pharmacy staff don’t communicate; even when they have ample time.
I knew my medication was due to be filled today.
I called yesterday & spoke to a woman on the phone who said I’ll be able to pick up my meds today. I asked “are you sure?” Because there always seems to be some sort of an issue.
She told me she was sure & asked what time I’d be picking up the meds & I said around 11 AM.
By 3PM I hadn’t gotten a text saying my meds were ready, so I called.
Today whoever I spoke to said I couldn’t pick it up today, which then changed to that I could pick it up, but they were swamped, & when I said that’s why I called 24 hours before to make sure my RX could be picked up in the beginning of the day was to avoid the any of these problems & she was extremely rude and full of excuses.
This will be the last time i pick up a medication from theme.

They frequently have the wrong price, either due to the wrong tag or a sale that the register doesn't ring up. If you want to pay the advertised price you need to track things carefully.

Tina is an absolute nightmare. Incredibly rude, it's like Fred Meyer went to the DMV and asked to hire their worst, most obnoxious, and most unhinged employee. She goes out of her way to be unhelpful and clearly enjoys it. I'm sitting here waiting for a prescription that she may or may not be filling (unclear based on her shrug and saying "you just have to wait" with a smug smile) and I'm watching her fully ignore an elderly woman with a walker standing right in front of her. Every time I come here I run into this lady and she always gives entirely wrong information as rudely as she can.

tons of signs saying walk-ins for Flu and Covid vax. Got inside and they made me scan a QR code. No signal in there so it wouldn't load. Why can't the person at counter just check me in like a normal human? I walked out. Stupid process here.
