  DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! The people that work at this pharmacy will mess your prescription up ,then bite your head off, when trying to correct them. They will only fill your prescription for 30 pills, even if one month is a 60, 90 day supply for example. When questioned, they will say your insurance won't cover the rest of the meds and scream at you. Which is total bull! They messed up a family members prescription only filled 30 out of 58 pills. I went back to get the rest of their medication, and buy another month out of pocket. I knew I was leaving to find a out patient pharmacy at the hospital. They told me yes, then said i would be able to pick up the next day. Which was fine my family had enough medicines. I went back . I was screamed at by Birdy, that I had pick it up already. Couldn't explain the situation to her , she said "You will have to talk to someone else!" Fine by me. I didn't like her attitude anyway. The system checked the pickup out at 3am. Which clearly wasn't the case. I paid out of pocket for the other meds. They gave me the 28, but paid out of pocket for both. ( I don't mind paying for the meds, the point is that insurance covers it.) Dropped them as a pharmacy and Surprised! Surprise! The new pharmacy covers all of my family members medication as they have been for the last 5years. I don't want anyone else going through the stress of not getting a full month prescription of meds. When they should be. This Fred Meyers which is the only one I've ever had a problem with using the pharmacy. For myself ,since the Early 2000's. But I can tell you I won't again. Too much of a risk and I need to report them, as they should not be able to get away with this practice or maybe go to the news with it. Something needs to happen. Keegan, Birdy, The blonde Pharmacist and the short redhead at the pharmacy. Sweet as pie ,until something goes wrong. The Vangs come out. If you continue to go there be aware.

  The wait times have increased the past year or so, they are now intolerable. I'm writing this while I've been waiting 1/2 an hour and counting for a prescription prescribed a day ago, I called on it today and they gave me a time frame to pick it up. I've got stuff to do people, if you say come pick it up at a certain time, then have it ready at that time. Fred Meyer, get your stuff together. These are sick people who need medicine. Kroger is disgusting.

  I'm not sure where all these bad reviews come from, but I used this pharmacy since 2000, and yes there have been a couple bumps on the way, especially with their supplier on special orders , that is out of their hands, I know most of the staff by name, and they've always been pure and professional. They text when my prescription is ready, it couldn't be more convenient

  The staff here are good, but way too few of them. Hours are limited and we still typically have to stand in line for 10 - 20 minutes to pick up a prescription. The drive up window is closed. After 20 years with this pharmacy we moved our prescriptions to a mail order service.
