    Dr Zarbara (I might be spelling her name wrong) was so kind and friendly, comforting, professional, etc. the wait was not long. Maybe 10 mins. Very nice people work here.

    I got to the Fred Meyer “pharmacy,” and my prescription isn’t ready even though it’s been A Month since it got called in. I ask why, ‘cause I called two days ago and their AI-automated answering system (they have no option to talk to a real human) said it would be ready YESTERDAY by 12:25 pm, and they pull out a sheet that says there’s been some sort of error with my insurance—but they won’t explain to me what it is. And they haven’t contacted me about it, so I had no way to find out except to go in person. I’ve previously gotten multiple prescriptions filled at this location with the same insurance number. The lady, who was VERY short with me (most likely as I’m a teenager and she’s a boomer) said she couldn’t help me. Wish they’d contacted me so I didn’t waste an hour of my life in this miserable place. I hate it here

    Oof please do not bother! If they run into any issues, they will make no effort to remedy them or contact you. I have been trying to get a very common medication filled there for over a week and they just can’t seem to make it happen. I won’t be coming back.

    Lovely people who are trying their absolute hardest. I had an easy time scheduling my vaccine appointment, was seen promptly, and the person who administered my shots was delightful. They’re busy, but they make it work.

    On a recent prescription I called around to 5 different pharmacies and this was the only one that had it in stock. We needed the prescription that night and it was already 4:45. Kat talked me through exactly what I needed to do to get the prescription transferred, set aside the medication even though we weren't even in their system yet, and then her colleagues filled it before they closed for the evening. Excellent service for this first-time customer.
