I ask why, ‘cause I called two days ago and their AI-automated answering system (they have no option to talk to a real human) said it would be ready YESTERDAY by 12:25 pm, and they pull out a sheet that says there’s been some sort of error with my insurance—but they won’t explain to me what it is. And they haven’t contacted me about it, so I had no way to find out except to go in person. I’ve previously gotten multiple prescriptions filled at this location with the same insurance number. The lady, who was VERY short with me (most likely as I’m a teenager and she’s a boomer) said she couldn’t help me. Wish they’d contacted me so I didn’t waste an hour of my life in this miserable place. I hate it here
