The last time I called, I spoke to someone who was unable to find my prescription in their system even though it had refills. I asked her to check about three times and only on the third time she said, “Oh, here it is.” Like, were you actually looking the first time, or just being lazy? This has happened multiple times. They will also tell me to speak to my doctor even though my doctor says to contact my pharmacy directly. Get it together.
