Says it’s processing and then nothing afterwards until I go to pick it up, which they state they have no notice of that in their system. I contacted my provider to resubmit my prescriptions. I was then quoted for 2 the next day at the latest. I called at 1:45 and said it would be a couple hours. They will for sure notify me as it’s urgent, yet I need it so I go in at 3, and it’s ready. No notice. Nothing. The only nice thing of this pharmacy is Travis. He’s always so friendly and compassionate. He deserves the world and more

The last time I called, I spoke to someone who was unable to find my prescription in their system even though it had refills. I asked her to check about three times and only on the third time she said, “Oh, here it is.” Like, were you actually looking the first time, or just being lazy? This has happened multiple times. They will also tell me to speak to my doctor even though my doctor says to contact my pharmacy directly. Get it together.
