When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work.     I was visiting family in Portland and decided to try out barre3 during my stay, and I am so glad I did! The studio is clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the classes are super fun. The front desk made me feel right at home and always greeted me by name. I loved the energy and supportive environment of this studio and I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in town!

    I highly recommend this place (Barre3 Ceder Mill)! The staff is welcoming and friendly, making you feel right at home. All of the instructors are highly professional, and the community here is wonderful. If you want to give your body and soul a true gift, I strongly encourage you to take classes here.

    I like the classes but an hour class costs the same as a 45 minute class. I would prefer more 60 minute options after 5 pm. If I’m going to make it there, I want to do an hour. 45 minutes seems more suitable for a lunchtime class.
