  Really love my therapist, but unfortunately I have had billing issues that have gone unresolved for over 6 months. The amount of time spent contacting Awakened Heart to resolve this issue is counteracting the benefits of therapy. I’ll be happy to provide a more comprehensive and positive review if they can get these issues under control, but it’s deeply disappointing and unethical to see a therapy provider inflict this type of stress on their clients.

  This group is run so poorly. For my first schedule appointment, no one showed up. I waited for 20 minutes outside a locked office and called their main number, and no one answered. I was finally able to get ahold of someone the next day and they rebooked me with a different therapist at a different location. However, they gave me the wrong unit # so I once again had to wait, and call their main number just to get to the right office. Then, they billed my insurance $650 for the first appointment that they didn't even show up for and $535 for the second, but they used the wrong provider codes, so of course, my insurance declined the payments. I've tried to call them a number of times about this and their phone service wont advance my call. I finally reported them to insurance company for possible fraud and they will sort it out with them, but this company defintely needs new management. They are terrible.

  They have helped me through so much and are the best! I recommend them to anyone. You will not regret giving them a try. If I could give more stars I would. Happy healing!

  I saw Ann Marie for the better part of a year, during a very difficult time in my life. Ann Marie was a nurturing, helpful and insightful therapist. She was able to connect with me and give me tools to work through the difficult feelings I was experiencing at the time. What I liked the most about Ann Marie is her willingness to be present emotionally, which I found very important for my healing process. I owe her my appreciation for yoga, the fact that I finally tried a professional massage after years of thinking about it, and also gratefulness and respect. I can warmly recommend her.
