They are awful, theres consistent problems with this company's practice, its unsafe, they have given my grandsons insulin to different customer and seriously called them to have it returned as if id take that insulin. OBSURD SAV-ON!!!! Even before this I've gone in to pick up and they have no record of prescription being filled even though I had the texts showing they did fill and was ready for pick up.

Numerous times i try to call and i never get through and when i do I'll get told itll be ready soon only to wait another hour after arriving. Now thier systems are down and now we have to FAX EVERYTHING because they never bothered to update their phones or anything.
