I left a previous review about the staff being rude and I just called to fill my prescriptions when the pharmacist proceeds to refuse to fill them due to my review about being treated rudely. So in professional and I’m in full liver failure I. Ant afford to not have my meds! He literally said it was cuz of my review so I’m being retaliated against due to standing up for myself I can’t believe it I’m lost for words about how childish that is and don’t know what to do if the higher ups read this please contact me something needs to be done about this retaliation for something that I did nothing wrong but state they were rude

Edited review due to repeated poor service from one specific female employee who answers their phones regularly. This was not an issue before but now I do not want to call due to this person.

To many time have they messed up or just completely didnt fill orders that we need every month. Laziness and ignorance with all the excuses told so its not their responsibility. All are expected each time we need medication

I have never had a bad experience at this Safeway pharmacy. The clerks are usually very busy - which is a reflection on the amount of prescriptions/services they are striving to provide customers. The training that is required to become a pharmacist isn't easy, and it's time consuming. (A 5-7 year program of study.) With only a couple pharmacies in Pendleton, there's not much these employees/pharmacists can do about being "overloaded." I appreciate their commitment and expertise - especially when I'm feeling crummy.

I am hugely disappointed with Safeway pharmacy. They don’t answer their phone, it’s almost impossible to find out the status of the medication unless you actually go in and wait half an hour to talk with someone. The ladies behind the counter are unpleasant, except for one or two and it is obvious they don’t like their job. They do appear to be overwhelmed, but don’t take it out on the customer who pays for your employment. For the most part the pharmacist is the only pleasant and helpful ones. I’m really sorry my insurance only deals with Safeway those I would take my business elsewhere.
