  I don't understand the negative reviews here but all I can say is the staff here are great. Although I am just a visitor here doing my sessions for the week, each staff members here took care of my needs and always checked in on me. It's a very small clinic with only 13 chairs. Nurses Derek and Nate, Tech's Bri, Tana, Robbie and Paula... thank you for everything for making my visitation sessions comfortable.

  We’re in a pandemic and the front staff isn’t wearing masks. No way, do not send your fragile loved ones there.

  If I could give negative stars... I would. We have been trying for over three weeks to get my brother in law set up for dialysis for while he would be recuperating after surgery in our area. Were told the day before his first session that they have not received approval from the insurance Spoke with insurance and they approved and sent over authorization for 9 visits. I just spent 2 hours with Fresenius offices trying to make sure he can start dialysis tomorrow. I have spoken to 8 people so far for over 2 hours. And still don't have this issue resolved. He has had to drive 3 hours to his home town yesterday to get dialysis. Find Another Center to set up for guest services!!!!
