- LKLife Of KadenceJan 9, 20261.0I called to check the availability of my prescription, and was told it was ready for me to pick up. I was in the middle of asking them to check if the prescription is physically there because this would be the fifth time I’ve been told it’s available and then when I show up it actually was never ordered. The lady cut me off and put me on hold, then returned to rudely say that it is there and available before hanging up. I have spent a month dealing with the stupidity and rudeness of this pharmacy who has told me 4 different times that my medication is ready for pick up, then I wait in line for 30 minutes just to be told it’s not there. DO BETTER. It’s not that hard to communicate!

I was prescribed a medication a month ago and still haven’t received it. I have been to the pharmacy 4 times and each time I call beforehand and am told that my medication is there and ready for me to pick it up. When I arrive, I am told that I have no medication ready for me and that nothing was ever ordered. Who is lying to me?! It is the most frustrating thing in the entire world to waste hours over the course of a month in a pharmacy line just to be told that the pharmacists on the phone lied to you about your medication being ready. This is my physical health that cannot be taken care of on account of this pharmacy. I am going to try a different pharmacy because you all suck!
- JJJackJan 5, 20261.0Worst pharmacy in the PNW. They quote you a time, and when you show up at that time or hours after their quoted time, they never even have the prescription started. They are overworked, understaffed and have become entirely clueless since they took over Rite Aid customers. Again, this is THE worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered and I’ve been getting medication for 30 years.

- MPMichael ProvineNov 29, 20251.0Terrible-NON service-if you like to stand in line @Oregon City Fred Meyer Pharmacy (usually 22+people) for 35 and more minutes-and the Pharmacists blame the problem on other Pharmacies closing-well OK! There are often only 1 or 2 technicians working 6 Windows-and nobody even answers the phones. I’ve complained repeatedly to upstairs Store Management and Pharmacists and they couldn’t care less.Choose somewhere else!!
