I've had nothing but good experiences here. The staff has always been polite. They manage to fill my scripts really fast too.

I have been a customer of the pharmacy in Oregon city for over 7 years and have been a customer to this company for many many years. Your customer service with most of the techs and counter people are so rude! When I call to check on status of my Rx since we live 15 miles away and would like to coordinate getting to the pharmacy before or after their lunch. I have kept my mouth shut over some of the rude comments in the past. Questioning if I “really need it” when the Rx was hit and miss to be available. This most recent interaction takes the cake. I finally have to say something. I called The pharmacy because I have one prescription ready and one pending for two days. The date said it would be filled by today’s date. When I check again, it’s still pending. To find out the status and when I do, I’m immediately placed on hold saying one person is ahead of me. This went on for four different cycle. Pick up one person ahead of you. The last time they picked up, it was two people ahead of you and when I tried to question it I just got placed on hold or should I say sent to voicemail. It really irritated me because I’ve been waiting and how could someone get ahead of me in the call Q? End up having to leave a voicemail and I thought no that’s not OK. I have been taking my time out of my day to call at least they can Talk to me. Call back let the phone ring and tell it says there’s no voicemail available so I decided I’ll do the cycle at least four times. Somebody finally picked up the last time basically I didn’t get a word in edgewise was told well. You must be aware that we’re busy because you keep calling us back. I couldn’t tell them that I’ve been placed on hold multiple times and nobody Ever picked up. I just wanted to know when my prescription would be ready and basically all she said was I have no idea you see we’re busy so I guess it’ll be sometime today thank you goodbye.. Who treats people like that? First of all if you’re going to a pharmacy to get medication how do you know what kind of medication the person is on to be treated that awfully? And talk to people that way when they might already Be fragile or whatever the case may be, you don’t talk to someone that way. I’m in customer service myself you listen regardless of what you have going on and you do your best to help them as best you can.. This is a consistent issue with this pharmacy. I was surprised the people that have been reading all of their patrons customers Whatever you wanna call it this way, they still have a job there. I can’t be the only person that has ever complained about the staff at that Pharmacy. You’re almost scared to figure out what kind of mood they’re in before you have any interaction with them and it shouldn’t be that Way.

I really did kind of have a bad experience here at first, but Nadia, one of the pharmacists, basically saved the day for me and I guess also my life? Lol I have pneumonia. They know me very well at this pharmacy at this point. Nadia listened to me and was so so kind to me. She did an override of my Amoxicillin because I do need a new dosage. New dosage, makes it a new prescription. Instead of having to wait 2 days for it to run through insurance, I get them today because of Nadia! (The previous tech would not do this I guess or I’m not sure what was going on with Kathy last night on 4/15/25). I appreciate Nadia so much. Thank you Nadia! 💕💕

Let's just say ,they don't like large amounts of refills in one order. And are abit prissy about it when ya know, ya know. Let's see how it goes next month.
