  This was my second time in an Albertsons. The pharmacy staff is extremely rude and not very helpful. I just moved here and I was hoping to find a trustworthy pharmacy for my needs. Very disappointed.

  I've had nothing but good experiences here. The staff has always been polite. They manage to fill my scripts really fast too.

  My son works at Albertson's so it made sense to get his prescriptions here. It has been nothing but headaches and a whole list of reasons they can't seem to "get it right". My son requires life preserving medications to control his epilepsy. We are told that the medications will be ready in so many days when we reorder by phone. When we go to pick them up, they aren't and we're told not to trust their phone messages, and to wait for the text indicating it's ready for pickup. So why does their message include a pickup day? So we wait for a text. Because his meds are controlled they can only be refilled the day he runs out. But they often "haven't heard back from the doctor". But we don't know this until the day we go in for them. Today, after calling the prescription in last week, when we went in to pick up the meds, we were told the doctor refused the refill. Odd, since he's been on these for years. We contacted the doctor who checked their records and said they had approved the refill a week ago! When we were notified the meds had been filled we brought this error to their attention. They screenshot their records that showed the doctor had refused the refill, THEIR error! I might have believed it was the doctor's error had they not screwed it up so many times before. Not to mention that for 5 years they have been filling his 7 monthly prescriptions, they work with him 4 days a week, he picked up his other meds during the week, ....You would think they would have the courtesy to tell him sooner that they thought his med refills had been refused. They are never polite when we show frustration at their ineptness. We NEVER had any issues with refills when we used Bi-Mart's pharmacy. These people just can't get it right! If you want your prescriptions filled by a good pharmacy don't bother with this Savon. .
